We source small lots directly from growers, roast them light enough to keep their character, and serve them the way the farmer intended — clean, bright, and alive.
Our approach
Every lot behaves differently. We roast in small batches of twelve kilos, cupping each one the morning after, and adjust the profile until the cup tastes like the place it came from — not like the roaster.
That means no house blend standing between you and the origin. Just the coffee, treated with respect.
On the shelf now

The bar
"A good espresso should taste like fruit, not like ash."— Tom, head roaster
Our bars are built around the same idea: remove everything that gets in the way. Short menus, calibrated grinders, water filtered and re-mineralised to a fixed recipe.
No flavoured syrups, no dark-roasted safety net. If a cup isn't right, it doesn't leave the bar.
Where to find us
Pull up a stool, ask what's on the grinder, and we'll talk you through it. Tastings every Saturday at eleven.
